Indemnification, Release of Liability, and Disclaimer

By enrolling in or using any Lifeline Radios monthly subscription service, the Subscriber acknowledges and agrees to the following:

The information, services, reports, records, communications, and other materials provided through Lifeline Radios are offered solely for informational purposes. While Lifeline Radios makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and timely information, it does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any information obtained from third-party sources.

The Subscriber understands and acknowledges that Lifeline Radios relies on third-party databases, public records, government agencies, telecommunications providers, vendors, and other external sources. Lifeline Radios has no control over the accuracy, availability, or performance of these third-party services and shall not be responsible or liable for any errors, omissions, delays, interruptions, inaccurate information, outdated information, or other issues arising from any third-party source.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Subscriber agrees to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Lifeline Radios, its owners, officers, directors, members, managers, employees, contractors, dispatchers, affiliates, agents, representatives, successors, assigns, vendors, licensors, and all related persons or entities from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or attorneys’ fees arising out of or relating to the use of any subscription service, information provided, dispatch services, communications, records checks, database searches, or any other services provided by Lifeline Radios.

The Subscriber further agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lifeline Radios and its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, agents, representatives, and associated entities against any and all claims, lawsuits, liabilities, damages, judgments, penalties, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to the Subscriber’s use or misuse of the services, violation of any law or regulation, reliance upon information provided, or actions taken based on such information.

Lifeline Radios shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of business, profits, revenue, opportunities, data, or property, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Subscriber acknowledges that they are solely responsible for independently verifying any information before relying upon or acting on it. No information provided by Lifeline Radios should be considered legal advice, law enforcement advice, investigative conclusions, or a guarantee of accuracy.

By subscribing to the service, the Subscriber acknowledges that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these terms and that this release, indemnification, and limitation of liability emain in effect throughout the duration of the subscription and after termination of the subscription to the fullest extent permitted by l
